This project is focused on two main options: the residential need for the main manager and guests and the operative offices of “SUMA INTERNATIONAL” a private organization of farm constructors. It’s placed on Méridaa, Yucatán, which weather can drop to 42°C. This represented a limitation on the use of glass for windows so they were selected in order to lose the less temperature possible. As the construction office they are, the like to show the materials and constructive processes they use to their clients, that way, the entire building is made of these materials. For example, the corrugated panel they use for the ceilings is used as a double skin in the walls in order to use it as shield from the strong sun rays.
